OPHTHALMASCOPE
A thorough examination of your retina is performed by using a device
called an ophthalmascope. By shining a bright light into your eye it
enables me to get a close look at your optic nerve and the surrounding
tissues. Upon conclusion of the examination, I like to spend time answering
any questions you may have. My goal is to develop a lasting relationship
with you based on trust, confidence and patient education.
After
this last step in the examination, you will be ready to either be fitted
for your contact lenses, or choose the frames for your glasses.
